they represented Italy in Norway

The students of the Frezzotti Corradini Comprehensive Institute of Latina were awarded, after having represented Italy at the Open European Championship in Bode in Norway.

Present at the awards ceremony, which took place inside the school, were, among others, the mayor of Latina Matilde Celentano and the president of the Lazio Regional Council Antonello Aurigemma. It was they who officially awarded the boys the diploma for having best represented Latina and Italy in this very important and prestigious international event.

For Sinapsi it was a source of great pride and satisfaction to have been able to support the boys in such an important and significant journey for their future, allowing the group to be able to make the trip to Norway.

Award ceremony for the Frezzotti Corradini comprehensive institute of Latina

The students of Latina defeated the field in the event that every year sees students from all over Italy compete in the First Lego League, in which projects are presented in which applied science becomes an element to improve the lives of all of us. Sinapsi has placed itself alongside the adventure from the beginning as one of the fundamental partners of the project. The project presented by the Steam Power team of IC Frezzotti Corradini is called “SmartShield” and is a technique designed to protect works of art from vandalism and demonstration actions through a glass protection system made interactive by liquid crystal technology , capable of obscuring the affected picture, in order to reduce the media impact of such actions.

The project also foresees the possibility of improving the communication of the work of art to the public through a further layer consisting of a transparent monitor capable of showing lost parts of a work or adding useful information for its understanding.
