On the evening of Thursday 13 June, the State Police of Varese arrested two subjects in a state of freedom for the crime of drug dealing in competition and, at the same time, one of them was arrested for an execution order for imprisonment.
As part of the daily and constant prevention activity carried out in the city centre, a Flying Squad patrol checked two foreign citizens in Republic Square. In particular, the operators noticed that the two subjects, in constant visual contact with each other, were delivering doses of illicit substances near the “Le Corti” shopping center. The two individuals were subjected to a check which led to the discovery of a bag containing a total of 12.1 grams of hashish, divided into doses, in the possession of the 43-year-old Moroccan citizen. The other, a 33-year-old Tunisian citizen, was found in possession of the sum of 25 euros in total, believed to be proceeds from drug dealing.
The subjects were taken to the police station and referred to the judicial authority, in a state of freedom and in competition with each other, for possession for the purpose of dealing of a small quantity of a narcotic substance.
Finally, during the investigations and previous photodactyloscopy tests carried out in the Police Headquarters offices, An Incarceration Order for one has emerged against the thirty-three-year-old final sentence of 5 months’ imprisonment, issued following previous violations of the legislation on foreigners. The man was therefore associated with the Varese prison.
