L’AQUILA – In recent days the staff of the Flying Squad of L’Aquila, as part of the services aimed at combating drug dealing in the Castello Park area, following an inspection, reported possession for the purpose of drug dealing of narcotic substances in competition with 3 young people (2 Egyptians and a Tunisian), found in possession of approximately 40 grams of hashish.
Furthermore, one of the boys was reported for not complying with the measure of the residence ban in the Municipality of L’Aquila. On this occasion, he was notified of the DACUR provision, resulting from previous checks, issued by the Police Commissioner of L’Aquila Enrico De Simone.
The notified measure was applied due to the dangerousness of the subject who, with his behavior, endangered the integrity, safety and public tranquility, and imposes a ban on him from frequenting, accessing and staying in the immediate vicinity of numerous public establishments present in the city center and in the places where he committed crimes.
