OLBIA. The team ofReel was awarded the Challenger trophy from the Rowing of the Craftswhich took place on Saturday 15 June in the sea of via Escrivà, organized by Naval League of Olbia. The crew, led by the helmsman Claudio Nieddubeat the Police captained by Maria La Licata with just one second delay. In third place, with a greater gap, was the team fromIs in thehelmed by Mirko Bazzoni And Antonio Derosas.
Eight teams were in the water and rowed against each other on the heavy and challenging palisades starting from the preliminary heats. At the end of the race, crews, judges and organizers moved to the headquarters of the Naval League, at the root of the White Island, for the awards ceremony.
This is the final ranking:
1st Reel (helmsman Claudio Nieddu)awarded by Tore Bassupresident of the Naval League of Olbia, e Gianluca D’Agostinomaritime director of northern Sardinia.
2nd Police Force (Maria La Licata)awarded by the second in command of the Coast Guard Maurizio Paganini.

The Goliardia Award, for having interpreted the participation with a sporting spirit without paying too much attention to the chronometric result, went to the INPS: the rowers showed up for the race with large blue boaters and light blue tufts in their hair, while the rowers competed with bow ties heavenly.

Coxswain diplomas were also awarded to 15 students who attended the course and passed the final test during the winter with Antonio Derosas.
