First bell for Campobasso in the third minute with Di Nardo who, starting from a tight angle, moved in and fed Parisi who took the post to the left of Ujkaj. The Molise team broke the deadlock in the 8th minute: a cross from Parisi and a scissors kick goal from Romero which stunned the Granata number 1. Just two minutes pass and Campobasso’s 92 scores again: a header on the turn and it’s 2-0 for the rossoblu. Torrisi’s team was a doll and conceded the 3-0 in the 17th minute through Alessio Rasi. In the 23rd minute Di Nardo made it 4-0, capable of launching himself on the counterattack and taking space from Sabatino to free the shot. Episode in favor of Trapani in the 30th minute: Balla was brought down in the area, penalty kick scored by Kragl, which slightly lights up hopes of a comeback. From there the Sicilian team tried to regroup, but the first half ended with a score of 4-1.
A front-wheel drive Trapani returns to the field and during the first lap of the clock Oliver Kragl hits a post. At 22′ another lethal counterattack from Campobasso who quickly took the ball to the other side: a great goal from Di Nardo who set the score at 5-1. Thus ends an interminable season for Trapani who achieved promotion to Serie C, the Serie D Italian Cup and the Poule Scudetto final.
