TERNI – They will be celebrated Wednesday, at 3 pm, in the church of Borgo Bovio the funeral of Angelo Bellachiomathe former policeman who died in the collision between his motorbike and a Fiat Panda along the Valnerina.

Many of his friends, with whom Angelo shared his passion for two wheels, will be present with motorbikes to accompany him on his last journey.

The tragedy Saturday 8 June, between Torre Orsina and Arrone, when Angelo and a thirty-year-old friend were returning home after a motorbike trip with a group of friends.

The victim’s Yamaha, for reasons still under investigation, collided with the small car driven by a seventy-year-old. The woman was registered in the register of suspects in the file opened by the prosecutor, Giorgio Panucci, for vehicular homicide.

After the autopsy carried out by the medical examiners Marco Albore the body of the former policeman was returned to his family who were able to set the date for the funeral.

A friend of the victim, a 34-year-old from Terni who, with his Suzuki, ended up on the ground in an attempt to avoid the impact with the other two vehicles, was also not seriously injured in the accident.

The death of Angelo Bellachioma, 66 years old, a life spent working at the Terni postal police, has aroused deep condolences in the city, among his friends with whom he shared his passion for motorbikes and his many former work colleagues.
