Apparently, the incident occurred between Thursday and Friday night. The police team of the city of Ancona intervened in Corso Garibaldi. The patrol’s intervention appears to have come after a series of reports from residents of the area. The latter allegedly complained about the excessive volume of the music.
According to the first reconstructions of the case, it seems that the venue had organized a musical themed evening. By doing so, it would have attracted much more young people than usual, who would also have dinner or an aperitif.
From what is reported in the owner’s statements, it appears that he also requested authorization (SCIA). This would have served to extend the event until midnight. When the officers arrived, however, it turned out that the volume of the music was still high at one forty-five. This would have gone against the municipality’s noise regulations.
