ANCONA – Luckily everything ended well but this morning there were scary moments on the beach Passetto. A 90-year-old man asked for help because he was unable to get back to shore and was seriously at risk of drowning. Fortunately, some swimmers noticed the elderly man’s difficulties and jumped into the water, managing to bring him to shore. The man was entrusted to the operators of Yellow Cross who are present with a station on the Passetto beach and then took him to the Torrette hospital. A first aid station of the Yellow Cross is also active on the Palombina beach (also equipped with a jet ski) in the stretch of coast from the municipality of Ancona and that of Falconara up to Torrette.
