Road accident last night in Vittoria, shortly after 11.30 pm and a motorbike and a car collided. The motorcyclist had the worst of it and is in a reserved prognosis.
The clash occurred near a roundabout, in the fruit and vegetable market area. The dynamics of the accident are yet to be reconstructed. After the impact the car overturned and the firefighters had to intervene to extract the injured. Two 118 ambulances were also on site and transferred the injured to hospital. Carabinieri and police also rushed to investigate and ascertain any responsibilities.
The five injured in Comiso
Five injured, one in serious condition. This is the outcome of an accident between two cars which occurred around 1.50pm on Provincial Road 20 Comiso-Santa Croce Camerina, about three kilometers from the town center of Comiso.
For reasons to be ascertained, an Opel Corsa and a Fiat Punto came into contact. Two teams of firefighters from Vittoria and Santa Croce were on site and first freed the injured from the crashed cars and then entrusted them to the care of medical personnel and subsequently made the affected cars safe.
In the clash, as already underlined, 5 people were injured and all were transported to the emergency room, one of them was transported under code red. Four 118 ambulances, staff from the Comiso police station, carabinieri and traffic police were present on site for the investigations.
Accident in Palermo, car overturns and risks catching fire, two injured
Road accident a few days ago between via Lanza di Scalea and via Rosario Nicoletti in Palermo. A car with two young people on board overturned. The two young people were taken to hospital even before help arrived.
The firefighters made the area safe as there were traces of fuel leaking from the accident vehicle on the asphalt. The 118 health workers and the municipal police road accident department also intervened and carried out the investigations.
