He was collaborating in a fake way
During the investigations the officers could detect her strong winey breath, however she appeared to be collaborative and apparently predisposed to dialogue and reasonable. She reported that she was going to the station to catch the train and return home. Instead, shortly afterwards, the police had to intervene in Piazza Roma due to another report concerning her. When they stopped her they could ascertain that she had a precarious balance and her speech was disjointed. As far as was ascertained, she was sanctioned for manifest drunkenness and asked to leave the city, subsequently verifying that she was present at the station and that she had a train ticket to reach her city of residence.
