The Turin summer promises to be full of opportunities for leisure and socializing, with over three hundred events organized between June and September by the ten summer points spread across the entire city. Three months of entertainment, including theater shows, music, dance and cinema, workshops for children and young people, activities in contact with nature, talks and seminars, many of which outdoors, in gardens, parks and courtyards.
“We are proud to present such a varied panorama of events in the summer months – declared the Councilor for Culture Rosanna Purchia – we want a lively and dynamic Turin even in the summer, with a cultural offer spread across the entire city territory, capable of promote the reconversion between neighborhoods and greater forms of relationship and connection between the spaces of the city.”
The activities proposed by the different artistic expressions have the ability to reach different audiences, with particular attention to social accessibility and the inclusion of young people, families, citizens; with free initiatives and at controlled prices, spaces for study and coordination, recreational activities for children and families, concerts and theatrical performances will be made available.
The ten projects were identified by the City of Turin through a biennial call announced by the Department of Culture through the Turin Foundation for Culture and thanks to the support of Intesa Sanpaolo. This is the second edition of the call. The first was in 2022-2023.
