San Donato Milanese – Stadium Project: first accession to the working table by FS Urban Systems. News that comes as we begin to see the first positive effects of Milan’s stadium project in San Donato. A a project that becomes more and more concrete day after day.

After the start of cleaning works in the area of the future stadium and the fence to prevent homeless people from accessing and limit degradation, we can also see giant strides in the redevelopment of some of those abandoned areas that once housed two service stations and a fast food restaurant. The structures having been demolished in recent years, the areas were then reclaimed, cleaned and fenced while waiting for work to probably begin to build new plants.
They were reduced to open-air landfills where often tents or huts of homeless people, disadvantaged people and frequenters of the Rogoredo grove appeared. These are the areas located along the variant of the A1 that passes through Metanopoli.
And there is still a lot of decay left on the area that once housed a McDrive. Here too the structure was dismantled but they are still there mountains of rubbish and severe degradation.
The Milan stadium project in San Donato Milanese could become reality in a few years, despite the bureaucracy of the Bel Paese. There is one certainty: the area has been purchased, the project is there and the major cleaning has begun.
