A great success of participation for yesterday’s convivial (14 June) in favor of the non-profit association The Dream of Constantine Odv.
The Antica Zecca Foundation of Lucca hosted the event in the evocative setting of Barracks San Donatounder the Urban Walls, where the numerous guests were entertained by Angela, Alberto and Giuseppe, perfect organizers of a dinner dedicated to friendship and charity. During the evening, in front of over 50 attendees, the president of the Antica Zecca Foundation of Lucca, Alessandro Colombinidid the honors while the president of the non-profit organization Maria Gloria Montinari illustrated the history of the association and the activities carried out since 2012: social solidarity, development, quality of life, international cooperation, protection, promotion and enhancement of sites of artistic and historical interest.
“The list of supporters of the initiative is long – say the foundation – to whom the thanks of the foundation and the association go: a special thanks to the Oste di Lucca restaurants in Corte Compagni and via Cenami which have delighted the palates of the diners with delicious dishes of the Lucca and Tuscan tradition but also to the trattoria From Marlia’s Aunt, to the Corte Café in Guamo and to cook Elena Ceragioli, at the Caffè Ninci in Piazza Napoleone and at the Dhea restaurant-pastry bar in Lucca. Sincere thanks to the College of Coiners of the Mint of Lucca, to Profumi del Marmo, Cookit, Badiali Cashmere, Giuntoli and Amami stationery, all well-established commercial activities in the historic center which honored those present with precious gift items; last but not least, a big thank you to the tour guide Elena Welcome with its compelling stories about the history and traditions of our city”.
