Calabria of excellence at “Vinòforum” from 17 to 23 June

CATANZARO Calabria will be present from 17 to 23 June at “Vinòforum”, the largest wine event in Rome which on the occasion of the 21st edition, scheduled from 15 to 23 June, will be held in the spectacular location of the Circus Maximus. At the event, dedicated to the wine of central and southern Italy, the Calabria Region – in synergy with ARSAC – will bring the best of the Calabrian wine sector, on an experiential journey through its historic vines and with the claim that is characterizing the journey of wine-growing Calabria, “Where it all began”, because Calabria is the land of Enotria and Magna Graecia, a thousand-year history that travels on the spicy notes of Magliocco and Gaglioppo and on those of fresh fruits and flowers of Greco Bianco. A sector, the wine sector, which is so important because it is deeply linked to the territory and for this reason it is the object of investments and promotional activities at an international level by the Region, with the commitment of the regional council chaired by Roberto Occhiuto and the painstaking work carried out by the councilor to the branch, Gianluca Gallo, with the collaboration of Arsac, led by commissioner Fulvia Michela Caligiuri. In particular, on Saturday 22 June at 9.00 pm, at the “Sunsquare Arena”, nine Calabrian labels will be on display. Of note: “Vinòforum” will host dinners with great chefs, guided tastings, Challenge & Blind tasting for operators, Master Classes and Top tastings. 3,200 labels for tasting; from Valle d’Aosta to Sardinia with an area reserved for Italian and international wine companies and groups with Business Lounge and Public Relations in the Sunsquare Arena.
