After taking something from the bag, the man hastily left on a scooter. The officers followed him and, in via San Paolo, saw him give something to another person in exchange for money.
At the time of the exchange, the 38-year-old was stopped and found in possession of two mobile phones, 370 euros in banknotes of various denominations and a switchblade.
In the place where the man had recovered the bag, the coat hanger used for the operation was found and, inside the bag, approximately 750 grams of marijuana and packaging material.
