Palazzo Key, the Municipality of Latina presents the order for the demolition of the skyscraper confiscated by the judiciary
Permanently confiscated in accordance with a ruling by the Supreme Court which put an end to the criminal trial, which centered on a story of simulated sales and the prescription that saved all the defendantsPalazzo Key becomes the recipient of a demolition order ordered by the productive activities service of the Municipality of Latina.
An act anticipated by statements mayor of Latina, Matilde Celentanoand which is in force through a provision signed by the manager Paolo Cestra.
The order orders the judicial guardian, the person responsible for the abuse and the owner to demolish or remove within 90 days from the date of notification of the provision, without prejudice to criminal sanctions, the illegally carried out works, and to make the building compliant with the provisions of the urban planning-building instruments and the last legitimating title.
“If the person responsible for the abuse – it is reported in the ordinance – does not provide for the demolition and restoration of the state of the places within ninety days from the injunction, the property and the land area, as well as that necessary, according to the current urban planning requirements, the realization of works similar to illegal ones are acquired by right free of charge to the municipality’s assets”.
Here, therefore, if nothing happens in the next three months, the Municipality will proceed with the demolition and then retaliate against the person responsible for the abuse by burdening him with the costs.
