On the occasion of the ballot on 23 and 24 June, the Forensic Medicine Service of ASL 1 will guarantee the issuing of medical certificates to:
– voters suffering from very serious infirmities, such that moving away from the home in which they live is impossible (home voting)
– voters with serious physical infirmities who can exercise their right to vote with the assistance of a voter (assisted voting)
– non-ambulatory voters who need specially equipped polling stations (facilitated voting).
For the home vote, the health certifications will be issued following a home visit carried out after an appointment to be booked at the numbers 0184/536982 or 0184/536987 or by email at [email protected]. The application for admission must indicate the address of the home where the voter lives and a telephone number.
For assisted and facilitated voting, the health certifications will be issued by the SSA Medicina Legale following telephone contact at the numbers 0184/536982 or 0184/536987 or by email at [email protected] at the clinics that will be indicated with the acknowledgment of the patient’s request.
On 23 June, the service will be guaranteed at the forensic medicine clinic of Villa Spinola (ground floor), from 10am to 12pm.
