A 34-year-old, however, had not taken into account the promptness of a relative of the couple who heard everything and called for help. When 118 arrived at home, the man of Moroccan origins tried to escape through the streets of Tuoro, in the Perugino area. However, the Carabinieri from the Tuscany battalion in Florence also set out on his trail, finding him and blocking him with his blood-stained clothes still on him. He is now accused of attempted murder and grievous bodily harm.

In the meantime, the woman, also of Moroccan origins, was admitted to the Santa Maria della Misericordia hospital in Perugia and, after a delicate operation, her life is still in danger. The attacker, according to an initial reconstruction by investigators, did not even have any qualms about the fact that his partner was holding her five-year-old daughter who was hit in the legs. and she was admitted to the pediatric emergency room but her condition is not particularly serious.
The investigations
Investigators are looking for the weapon with which the attack allegedly occurred and which he would probably have gotten rid of during his escape. The 34-year-old is now being questioned by Perugia prosecutors at the provincial police command. Then, he will be sent to prison. Meanwhile, their house was seized and cordoned off in order to conduct technical-scientific investigations.
