Savona. The monthly surveys of the Excelsior Information System continue. The survey, carried out by Unioncamere in agreement with the Ministry of Labour, focuses on the main characteristics of the revenues scheduled for the month of June 2024, with a focus on employment trends for the period June-August 2024.
As emerges from the calculations of the Economic Information and Work Orientation Service of the Riviere di Liguria Chamber of Commerce on the Excelsior analysis data, the total income scheduled for the month of June 2024 is 4,670 (-280 units compared to the same month of the previous year). in the province of Savona (16,900 in Liguria and overall approximately 566,000 in Italy) and 8,670 entries expected in the period June-August 2024 (-380 units compared to the same quarter of 2023).
Analyzing the month of June in detail, it is noted that in the province of Savona in 13% of cases the expected income will be stable, i.e. with a permanent or apprenticeship contract, while in 87% it will be fixed-term (fixed-term or other contracts with predefined duration). The expected revenue will be concentrated 88% in the service sector and 85% in companies with fewer than 50 employees. 6% will be allocated to managers, specialists and technicians, a share lower than the national average (14%). In 50 cases out of 100, companies expect to have difficulty finding the desired profiles and for a share of 37% they will involve young people under 30 years of age. For a share of 15%, companies plan to hire immigrant staff and 4% of the expected revenue will be allocated to graduate staff. The three most requested professional figures will concentrate 62% of the total expected revenue. for a share equal to 63% of income, specific professional experience or experience in the same sector is required. The companies that plan to hire will be equal to 33% of the total.
