Is called MetApprendo is a service portal dedicated to continuous training available to companies and metalworkers: was presented on Friday 14 June at the Confindustria headquarters in Monza by Assolombarda and by FIM Monza Brianza Lecco, FIOM Monza Brianza and UILM Milano Monza and Brianza.

The portal was created by Federmeccanica, Assistal and Fim-Cisl, Fiom-Cgil, Uilm-Uil, in implementation of the provisions of the National Labor Contract of 5 February 2021 and he proposes “to promote and facilitate the organisation, planning and recording of training for all company workers, making the training process even more accessible, tracked and flexible”.
