Now Team Altamura: why this choice?
“My ambition was to return to Serie C, to regain the category. Team Altamura is a solid reality with numerous, very passionate members. It’s a group that I wanted to do, I was close to it years ago and I promised myself that if I If the opportunity had arisen I wouldn’t have thought twice about it. It’s a challenge I willingly accepted. It’s a local property that makes numerous efforts to structure itself to maintain the category this work in squares where there is transport and passion. So of the proposals I had in C it is the one that stimulated me the most, there was an immediate feeling with the property. We shared many ideas already in the preliminary phase and we found the ‘deal in 30 seconds’.
What project will it be?
“It won’t be easy at the beginning because from a logistical point of view we will have to adapt. The objective will be to save the category. Then plan a solid base that can have moral values and qualities first and foremost as men.”
What type of coach do you have in mind?
“The identikit traced by the owners is that of a young coach, who has already accumulated a few years of experience in the category, who can be balanced and with a consolidated game idea in mind to propose”.
