Those evicted from the homes of Pozzuoli will be able to benefit from the contribution for independent accommodation. After the request that the mayor Gigi Manzoni sent to the Prefect on 7 June and the consequent note from the Prefecture of 10 June, this morning the National Department of Civil Protection authorized the Municipality to make use of an alternative measure of housing assistance for a period of 6 months.
Monthly contributions for those evicted from Pozzuoli
The monthly contributions that may be recognized are as follows:
400 euros for single-family units
500 euros for families made up of 2 people
700 euros for families made up of 3 people
800 euros for families made up of 4 people
900 euros for families made up of 5 or more people.
Mayor Manzoni’s comment
“We have worked to improve the living, working and health conditions of citizens, whose needs remain the priority objective in this emergency phase. There is an additional contribution of 200 euros for each over 65 or disabled person present in the family unit (with a disability of no less than 67%). We are awaiting the operational indications and, in the next few days, we will communicate the methods for acquiring the requests. My administration continues to work, every day, to overcome this moment, through concrete actions and facts in the interest of citizens“, announced the mayor Manzoni.
