Having acquired the coach for the new 2024/25 season, the Lilybetan association of President Massimo Alloro begins market operations for the composition of the roster that will play the next B1 Championship, guaranteeing the sporting performances of the spiker Beatrice Pozzoni. Protagonist in the Serie B1 promotion Play Offs in the ranks of Giorgione Volley, the expert born in 1995 arrives in Marsala with a top-notch CV which sees her wearing, among others, the Libertas Martignacco shirts in the 2017/18 and 2018 seasons /19, of Volleybass Udine in 2019/20 and of Volano in 2020/21. Then, two seasons with Costa Volpino which earned her promotion to Serie A2 and finally, last season the beautiful adventure with Giorgione Volley.
But it’s also time for confirmation. Synonymous with great regularity in the distribution of the game and speed in difficult decisions, the setter will remain in the blue and white jersey Erin Grippo who last season also stood out for those “second touches” which gave her so much satisfaction in her personal score. The director born in 2002, originally from Orvieto, played for Futura Giovani of Busto Arsizio in the 2018/19 season, achieving promotion to A2, a championship which she will also play in the following season and then leading two seasons, in 2020/21 and 2021/22 in Ostiano Volley in B1. She subsequently joined Don Felice Colleoni of Trescore Balneario for a year and, in the season just ended, wore the GesanCom Marsala Volley jersey playing a championship as a protagonist.

The club has an important project that I also feel is mine, I’m sure that this year we will get a lot of satisfaction. I really like Coach Luca D’Amico’s winning mentality, I already know that we will work hard with him, but I’m ready because I always ask myself to improve and I think that this is the right season to achieve important goals.”
