From music to excursions, through meetings, the circus and much more. You’re really spoiled for choice on what to do this weekend. Here is UdineToday’s selection of what to do at the weekend.
Starting from the music, the zero date of the new tour starts from Lignano Sfera Ebbasta and the Beach Party returns to Lignano with Andreas Gabalierone of the most famous folk and rock singers on the Austrian-German scene
while to “all jazz” for the Aurore festival with a new secret concert in Fagagna and the jazz duo of Francesco Bearzatti and Federico Casagrande. In Buttrio “Varied chorales and reckless tarantellas” for the festival Enoharmonies and the “comes back”Summer wind” in the Martiri delle foibe park in Udine with the concert of the Udine swing quartet Carlito’s Swing. An evening entirely dedicated to the Beatles, however, in the Rizzani park in Pagnacco with the Fvg Orchestra guest of the event Stages in parks. Decidedly suggestive, both for the natural surroundings offered by the Alpe Adria cycle path and for the particularity of the event, Concerto for bells (of bikes) organized by Topophonies.
Music, but also theatre, workshops and much more in the “most isolated village in Italy”, Stavoli Island in the municipality of Moggio Udinese. Music will also be the backdrop to the return to the capital of International Contemporary Circus Festival at Moretti Park.
For fans of the purest mountains, here it is Alpe Adria Ultra Trail which combines sport, nature and gastronomy in Val Canale. As regards meetings with authors, it is worth mentioning the new appointment with the Colloqui of the Rosazzo Abbey, which this time hosts the poet Stefano Dal Bianco.
