TO four months from her opening The Sanremo birth center turns them off 100 candles: on June 12, in fact, the 100th baby was born, a baby son of a Bangladeshi couple residing in Sanremo.

But let’s get to the numbers: regarding the percentage of mothers, 57% are Italianwhile the remaining 43% is divided as follows: 15% European, 9% Asian, 1% North American, 9% South American and 9% African. Out of 100 newborns (of which 16 with cesarean section), 65 are male and 35 female.
Finally, from February to today, on the medical interventions front, there have been managed 424 cases from the Emergency Department and the Day Hospital and Day Surgery activity stands at 34 services.
