The policemen of the Gela Public Safety Police have arrested a prejudiced gelese in flagrante delicto attempted theft and personal injury.

The dynamics of the attempted theft in Gela
On June 8, near Viale Indipendenza, the crew of a police car noticed two subjects male intent on blocking another. All near an open garage with the internal light on. The officers blocked the three men by sedating the scuffle between the contenders and proceeding with their identification.
From the reconstruction it emerged that the criminal had gone to the garage owned by one of the other two men. After forced the door with a crowbar, had entered it, turning the premises upside down, probably in search of a possible stolen goods.
The arrested man, at the sight of the owner of the garage and his friend, attacked them with the crowbar, in a vain attempt to escape. A scuffle ensued during which the parties attacked each other injuries. The criminal was blocked by the two men shortly before the personnel of the Flying Squad of the Public Safety Police arrived on site.
The arrested person is already known to the police offices as he is believed to have been arrested responsible, over the last month, of multiple crimes of serious social concern, including car thefts and fires. Having completed the formalities, the arrested person was taken to prison at the disposal of the AG. The Judge for Preliminary Investigations, at the Court of Gela, validated the arrest for the attempted theft in Gela and ordered the precautionary measure of the House arrest with application of the electronic bracelet.
