We start again this year with the Italian Roller Ski Cup 2024which until 2026 will be sponsored by Next Pro srl, a company specialized in industrial automation, which in addition to various partnerships with athletes from the world of cross-country skiing, for the second year also wanted to engage in the top Italian roller ski competition.

The first stage of the Italian Cup, like every year, will start from the province of Trieste and more precisely from Samatorza, in the municipality of Sgonico.

Organized by the Mladina Amateur Sports Association and directed by President Peter Sedmark, it will be divided into two days of competition, namely Saturday 15th and Sunday 16th.

On Saturday 15th a free technique sprint will take place, which in addition to being valid for the first stage of the Coppa Italia Next Pro, will also award the 1st Zdravko Kosuta Foundation Trophy. The qualifying time is set for 3pm, followed by the heats to reach the final using the tennis scoreboard method.
