In the e-book – ISSU platform – entitled “I Care, the Tuscany of human values and the fight against inequalities 100 years after the birth of Don Milani” page after page, the reader will be able to scroll through the entire experience of the comprehensive Institute don Lorenzo Milani, directed by Sara Missanelli, in Giovanna M. Carli’s project for the Tuscany Festival created with the participation of the Regional Council. Multimedia elements enrich the work, and it is possible to listen to the creative experience from the speaker of maestro Federico Piccioli – who conducted the musical workshops at school – accompanied by his guitar. The new Amedeo Bassi philharmonic, directed by maestro Massimo Annibali, is enhanced through its history and the numerous photographs that attest to its educational and concert career. An unpublished song, edited by Maria Rosaria Donadio, music teacher in the “Renato Fucini” secondary school in Montespertoli, dedicated to Peace and written with the students, completes the cultural offering of this multimedia product where the voice of young people resounds as they look, with hope, to a better future.
