After having created a separate office of the Civil Status for the celebration of weddings at the Tempietto of Villa Olmo, which is added to the locations already designated for weddings (Council Room and Council Room inside Palazzo Cernezzi and Oval Room in Villa Olmo), the The Rapinese council begins “the testing of the tariff regulations relating to the celebration of marriages in the newly established Civil Registry Offices in third-party properties granted for use to the Municipal Administration”, such as Villa del Grumello.     – €1,000.00 for weddings/civil unions during the opening hours of the Civil Status Office (from 08.30 to 12.30 from Monday to Friday; from 08.30 to 12.00 on Saturdays);
    – €1,200.00 for weddings/civil unions from Monday to Friday as an exception to the timetable (after 12.30 pm), by agreement with the Mayor pro tempore or his delegate;
    – €1,500.00 for weddings/civil unions on Saturdays in derogation of the time (after 12.00) and on Sundays and public holidays, by agreement with the Mayor pro tempore or his delegate;
  • If none of the engaged parties or parties to the civil union are resident in Como:
    – €1,500.00 for weddings/civil unions during the opening hours of the Civil Status Office (from 08.30 to 12.30 from Monday to Friday; from 08.30 to 12.00 on Saturdays);
    – €2,000.00 for weddings/civil unions from Monday to Friday as an exception to the timetable (after 12.30 pm), by agreement with the Mayor pro tempore or his delegate;
    – €2,500.00 for weddings/civil unions on Saturdays in derogation of the time (after 12.00) and on Sundays and public holidays, by agreement with the Mayor pro tempore or his delegate;
  • The payment must be made within 60 days before the date set for the celebration;
  • In the event that the newlyweds or the parties to the civil union avail themselves of the right to change the location of the celebration within the peremptory deadline of 3 days prior to the fixed date, the highest sum of the tariff of the location originally chosen will have to be paid with a reduction of 50 % and the rate of the new location;
  • In the case of renunciations of requests for celebration of marriage/civil union at third party premises in the use of the Administration:
    – payment of the rate reduced by 75% will be due if the cancellation occurs within 90 days of the scheduled celebration;
    – payment of the rate reduced by 50% will be due if the cancellation occurs within 90 days of the scheduled celebration.
