Thanks to’initiative started by some students was painted a bench red placed in the internal garden of the training center in Viale Ghirotti, adjacent to the Bufalini Hospital, to remember the women victims of violence, in particular the student Giulia Cecchettin, 22 years old of Vigonovo (Veneto) killed November 11, 2023. A symbolic gesture but with strong content, which in addition to sending a clear message against gender violence and all forms of discrimination, also wants to contribute to raising awareness among other students, as future health professionals, of respect for women and the defense of the most vulnerable people. Daniele, Luca and Francesco write: “As young men we firmly believe that violence against women is an unacceptable injustice that we must fight together. It is our duty to ensure that every woman can live without fear of being mistreated or abused. We must educate ourselves and raise awareness among others about the importance of respect and equality.
