Ferrara Two health services requested in the last two months, the second directly for one motor disabled, which did not find availability. It is the complaint of Cecilia Soppilliseverely physically disabled, very active on the rights front and candidate on the Anselmo list, who remembers having had to, from 2022 to today«write many times to the Urp of the ASL to access specialist visits or tests for me or my family members because when you try to book via Cup, electronic health record or pharmacies, you are told that theand lists are closed or the requested service is not available in our local health authority”. The last two cases are services on April 18th, «exams for my father», and on May 30th, «an internal medicine visit for me with short priority (therefore to be carried out within a maximum of 10 days)”: is still awaiting feedback.
The substance of reply from the ASL underlines that «since 4 April the mechanism for limiting the depth of booking diaries has been eliminated. Despite these actions, situations may still arise in which it is not possible to guarantee the services within the expected times, and this is what most likely happened for the last two services mentioned by Mrs. Sorpilli, for which she made reports to the Urp. As is common practice in these cases for all citizens, the URP directs the reports to the relevant service so that it can evaluate and possibly reconsider the situation. This was also done with Mrs. Sorpilli’s reports which will therefore likely receive a response shortly.” The ASL recalls that it is second in the region in terms of services provided: over 1,600 per thousand inhabitants compared to an average of 1,500.
