Road conditions, changes to traffic in the Colonna area

With ordinance 302/2024 by the Local Police Command, changes were made to the road system in the Colonna area and specifically in the area delimited between the Cristoforo Colombo seafront, Vi Malcangi, Via De Gemmis and Via Venezia in order to improve the safety of the circulation of that area through different road regulations, already highlighted by the affixing of road signs.

Therefore, the following changes to road traffic have been adopted with the establishment of one-way traffic
– in via Venezia (from the intersection with via Malcangi, in the direction of travel towards the intersection with Lungomare Cristoforo Colombo)
– in via Ancona (from the intersection with Lungomare Cristoforo Colombo, in the direction of travel towards the intersection with via Malcangi)
– in via Grado (from the intersection with via Malcangi, in the direction of travel towards the intersection with via Tevere)
– in via Aquileia (from the intersection with via Tevere, in the direction of travel towards the intersection with via Malcangi)
– in via Arno (from the intersection with via Venezia, in the direction of travel towards the intersection with via Aquileia)
– in via Piave (from the intersection with via Aquileia, in the direction of travel towards the intersection with via De Gemmis)
– in via Po (from the intersection with via De Gemmis, in the direction of travel towards the intersection with via Venezia)

Signs have also been set up to stop and give way in via Aquileia, at the intersection with via Malcangi.

Please also remember that with the start of the summer season, the activation times of the electronic gates in the port area change. On Saturday 15 June the activation time slot from 6pm to 1am will be maintained, while from Sunday 16 June and until September the gates will be active from 8pm to 2am.
