In Umbria, the Pnrr funds covered the renovations eligible for the Superbonus of 978 private residential properties with 239.4 million. What emerges from the folds of the maxi table of sworn statements published in recent days by the Ministry of the Environment is the balance of the 110 percent amount which, following a decision dating back to 2021, therefore taken by the Draghi government, was also partly covered by the Next Generation Eu .

From the document it emerges that in Umbria, with the resources freed from the launch of the European public debt, born in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic to support the economies of the most affected countries, the renovation of 644 villas with construction sites which on average they cost Europeans 141,925 euros each, for a mountain of investments amounting to 91.4 million euros. Naturally, there is no shortage of exceptions, namely those single-family properties that have obtained a Superbonus well above the average. This is the case of the owner of a villa in Città di Castello, who managed to carry out 219,948 euros of interventions or the owner of another property in the municipality of Narni, who stopped at 217,583.

The budget for the renovations of condominiums admitted to 110 percent and financed with the Pnrr is inevitably heavier. In Umbria alone, 334 buildings benefited on average 430,232 euros earmarked for energy efficiency interventions, with a total final bill of around 148 million euros. Also in this case, as for the villas, the table of the Ministry of the Environment shows evidently gigantic construction sites, because they also cost six-figure sums: one of them is a condominium in San Giustino which obtained 1,090,299 euros, while a building in Terni was renovated with 926,251 euros. But there are many private multi-family properties costing well above the average expense: there is one in Perugia which obtained 774,229 euros; another in Deruta which took 827,647.84 euros; and another in Città di Castello costing 707,323 euros.
