The midfield, moreover, is a department that mostly focuses on opportunities, rather than the existing needs for defense and especially attack. So in the middle of the field, if a big name arrives, it could be Bennacer who starts. The Algerian, unlike others – like Rabiot himself, for example – will not have national team commitments: it will be easier to define his future, perhaps in the next few weeks.
