The property belongs to Giorgio Molino, a well-known real estate developer. Today dozens of people live in this building who pay hundreds of euros for uninhabitable rooms. What is certain is that this building speaks of government through violence urban nomadization – military, administrative, private – of the outcasts, still functional to the economy of Turin.
