TRENT. No opening, in Trento the gourmet pizzeria “Assaje” has decided to postpone everything until September. The celebrations have been postponed. The reason? There lack of staff which made it impossible to even start any training.
“The problem of staff shortages exists and is very serious” the manager Giancarlo explains to us. A critical issue that is found not only in Trentino but also in other regions.
“We we are looking for about fifteen people – the manager explains – but at the moment the response has been insufficient. Furthermore, we should take staff from other pizzerias we have around Italy and move them to Trento to start training new hires but this is impossible given the situation we find ourselves facing.”
“Assaje” is located in Largo Carducci in the premises that in recent years had been occupied, for a short period, by Pescaria. The lack of staff is a problem that is affecting various businesses and the arrival of summer is making the situation even more difficult.
From the point of view of the locals, the “Assaje” chain stands out on particular attention in taking care of internal and external furnishings “so that a high level of replicability is guaranteed and that, at the same time, a cross-section of the Neapolitan city is recalled in the decorations, furnishings and “riggiole” (tiles)”.
They are in the offer pizzas and fried foods in the name of Neapolitan taste with high quality products and attention to the territory. Customers will be offered a Neapolitan pizza and a crunchier pizza as well as some types of Pokes and of Hamburger. Obviously there will be no shortage of desserts.
