The B&B Donna Lucrezia Boutique Hotel Style has obtained the recognition of Residenza d’Epoca and the release of the Silver Crown, as a certification of excellence among the best historic homes in Italy.
The Certification Commission, responsible for the periodic evaluation of the quality of historic homes throughout Italy, after a careful analysis, has issued the suitability in favor of Donna Lucrezia B&B Boutique Hotel Style, located in via G. Bovio n° 171 – Bisceglie (BT). The accommodation facility is located inside a building from the early twentieth century with historical, artistic and architectural charm, equated to one of the so-called “railing houses” with an internal courtyard, symbol of a particular building typology, as well as testimony to the sociality of a time and bastion of the spirit of sharing. With this recognition, this extra-hotel accommodation structure officially becomes part of the circuit of the “No. 1 historic homes in Italy”.
The “Periodical Residences Certification Protocol” is the first system in the world for classifying the quality standards of historic homes. The Certification Commission carries out up to 150 different Quality Controls on each of the 8423 classified structures, and rewards the best castles and historic homes with the awarding of the prestigious Silver Crowns and Gold Crowns. They represent the highest recognition for a historic residence, because they certify the achievement of the highest quality and hospitality standards. This “Certification Protocol” is extremely rigorous: in the last 12 months only 5% of the candidate structures have obtained the issue of a Silver Crown after passing up to 50 different evaluation criteria.
The score obtained by Donna Lucrezia B&B Boutique Hotel Style has therefore allowed the recognition of the prestigious Silver Crown, a result currently obtained by less than 5% of historic homes throughout Italy.
