Konsumer: Water shifts in the province of Agrigento, Aica site unreliable

The AICA institutional website has itself become unreliable. To be clearer, on the same site, in the part where the water shifts for the supply of the precious liquid are published, it is subject to sudden and daily changes which create confusion for users who are not guaranteed the necessary certainties of supply ( albeit little) of Water”. Thus declares Giuseppe Di Miceli, president of Konsumer Italia. “All this happens for all the municipalities in the Agrigento area managed by AICA, but the biggest complaints received by our Association are from the citizens of the municipality of Favara. In particular, for the latter Local Authority, from the table provided for the water rotation we can read that in some areas the supply is on average between 7/8 days (if not rescheduled without indicating the new day of supply), in others, instead, it is on average between 13/15 days”so continues Di Miceli who asks “to Aica the reasons for this misinformation and dysfunction on the Agrigento water supply, and to the Mayor of the Municipality of Favara to supervise the situation represented above and to verify that the Manager prepares the necessary corrective measures for the disservice suffered by the Citizens of Favara due to an ineffective communication of the supply of the precious liquid in this extremely emergency period”.
