Armando Burgio will lead the white and blue Agrigento Futsal team for the second consecutive season. “We are ready – the club states – to start again in the best possible way after a difficult season. Mister Burgio, since he arrived at Agrigento Futsal, has fully met the club’s expectations, leading the team towards incredible growth. His reconfirmation came before he even finished the championship, due to the high-level skills and tactical abilities demonstrated. We are already working to set up and strengthen a competitive squad and increase the result of the previous season.”
“I had the pleasure – declares Andrea Franco, partner and captain of the team – of working together with the Mister 5 years ago but I must say that, over the course of the season, he impressed me greatly by demonstrating how he enriched and improved his person first and foremost his being a very valid coach: he gave very precise rules respected by all the players; I saw him take care of each of us, trying to give the right advice and stimuli for greater growth and, after each defeat, encouraging us and suffering together with us. I have always believed in values, respect and education before any footballing belief and Armando Burgio could only be the coach of the Agrigento Futsal project again.”
Armando Burgio’s comment could not be missed: “I am very happy for the reconfirmation – he explains – which allows me to continue a project shared by everyone and aims to grow Agrigento Futsal, improving the result of the last championship. Unfortunately, it wasn’t a great year for the Agrigento teams. Our salvation was achieved through a sharing of choices and objectives that allowed me to work with serenity for the good of the team and not of the individual.
