MARINA DI GROSSETO – «This is a situation that has been going on for years: they ask us to deseasonalize, and then in mid-June we are still in these conditions» speaking is Gianluca Falconiowner of the Mio e Tuo bathing establishment in Marina di Grosseto.
Falconi complains «the total abandonment of the pedestrian area in front of the pedestrian establishments. There are sand dunes, which, in some places, make it impossible to pass with a stroller. To the detriment of the fact that this would be the month of children and families.”
According to what Falconi says there would be a sort of “skills gap” both Acquedotto and Sistema would have the competence up to the road. And the pedestrian promenade would be “no man’s land” with a “rebound of responsibility with the Municipality”.
«There are 20 centimeters of sand in front of the factories, we are not asking for big things, but at least ordinary cleaning given that it is June 15th. Ten years ago, during the election campaign, everything and more was promised, and nothing was done. They plugged two holes and passed it off as a restyling of the hamlet.”
