Agents transferred to the GNV Azzurra ship
The State Police press office announced that the personnel present on the Mykonos Magic ship “have already been transferred to another ship and to other accommodation facilities”.
In fact, the GNV Azzurra ferry arrived in the port of Brindisi on Wednesday morning (12 June), welcoming around 600 of the officers who fled from the vessel seized due to its “dirty and dilapidated” conditions. The remainder were relocated to some hotels in nearby locations.

Conapo underlines that “we are faced with an event that should have been planned for some time. The logistical situation of the firefighters at the G7 is totally inadequate and at risk for health”.
