VITERBO – We receive from Giovanni Arena and publish: “These must certainly not be peaceful times for the mayor Chiara Frontini, as demonstrated by the disheveled and disorganized way in which she responds to my criticisms which are the same as those of many Viterbo families. You have probably completely lost contact with the citizens by ignoring their needs.
The mayor responds piqued by referring to my failures and on this point, unfortunately, I have to agree with her, in fact the greatest damage is that of having left her a mountain of millions which she is spending in the worst possible way.
Speaking of failures, do we want to talk about the closure of the Rocchi stadium and the absurd proposal to transform it into a place for interdisciplinary sporting activities? Or how municipal employees were humiliated in the council? With her opinionated and arrogant way, she managed to make herself hated by the vast majority of the people of Viterbo.
I will continue, until the last day of this unfortunate advice, to publicly highlight all the injustices that the citizens of Viterbo suffer and will suffer, starting with the next increase in the tariff of around 30% without having any improvement in the waste collection service.
The “intelligent” ecological islands lie abandoned and the eco-centre for bulky waste, completed almost a year ago, remains inexplicably closed.
It is clear to everyone that the mayor is very allergic to criticism, but sooner or later she will have to come to terms with it and change her attitude. There cannot continue to be a single woman in command, penalizing councilors who express their point of view.
My hope is that the city council will be able to exercise its prerogatives without fear as soon as possible.
