After the clear victory of the center-right and civic candidate Ottavio De Martinis in Montesilvano, the composition of the new municipal council for the second mandate of the reconfirmed mayor is emerging, which came close to 70 percent of the votes. The center-right majority is entitled to 17 seats: seven to Fratelli d’Italia: Francesco Di Pasquale, Lino Ruggero, Damiana Rossi, Valter Cozzi, Pasquale Cordoma, Simona del Vinaccio and Valentina Di Felice. Five at Forza Italia in the Municipality: Paolo Cilli, Alessandro Pompei, Feliciano D’Ignazio, Serena Silli and Simona Acciavatti. Four in Montesilvano Choose: Giuseppe Manganiello, Adriano Tocco, Corinna Sandias, Luca Ametta. One for the League: Ernesto De Vincentiis. However, only seven seats will go to the opposition, including that of the unelected mayor, Fabrizio D’Addazio. Four in the Democratic Party: Pietro Gabriele, Stefano Girosante, Manuela Natale and Romina Di Costanzo. Finally, one seat for the 5 Star Movement (Luca Verrocchio) and one for the Fabrizio D’Addazio Mayor civic list (Francesca Giuliani). The most voted councilors were Francesco Di Pasquale (FdI), with 1,503 preferences, Lino Ruggero (FdI, 1,272), Paolo Cilli (Forza Italia in Comune, 1,138), Alessandro Pompei (Forza Italia in
