Mobility, urban planning and urban decorum, how do you intend to intervene?
As for the mobility there is a structural problem. The urban sustainable mobility plan needs to be redone. The last time an attempt was made to do so was 10 years ago and the latest urban traffic plan studies on the city date back to 1988, therefore 26 years ago. In recent years, mobility has moved somewhat, and sensitivity towards the topic has also changed. We need to get back into it, commission studies that allow us to understand what the flows are in the city, what the movements are and how the city has changed in these 26 years.

And therefore the Municipality, which is the body closest to the citizens and which should be the one that intervenes first when faced with citizens’ needs, must intervene immediately, especially towards the most vulnerable. There are people with mental, social and economic hardship, unaccompanied minors, homeless people: they are all people who the Municipality must take care of to prevent them from becoming strayed into the streets.
