A new wave of bad weather is about to crash into province of Brescia. Are provided heavy rains on June 11th between the city, Garda and the Franciacorta. In the meantime, problems continue in the province, where Broletto, for safety reasons, had to close a stretch of provincial road 10 between Gussago and Brione due to landslides. «There are critical issues – they say from the Province of Brescia – in some sections due to the presence of unstable material on the slopes upstream of the road and the weather forecasts, which predict further significant rainfall in the next few hours, do not allow immediate and decisive safety measures. For this reason, the SP10 remains closed during the night and the conditions will be reassessed tomorrow morning.”
In the meantime, thanks to the greater outflow (160 cubic meters per second) from the Salionze dam, the level of the Lake Garda which according to data from the Mincio Consortium is located 132 centimeters above hydrometric zero.
TO Gavardo a large branch fell on some cars, damaging them. No one was injured, but the firefighters and local police arrived on the scene.
