Afragola. Raffaele Fusco accused of 10 thousand euro robbery with taser, acquitted

The gup of court of Naples he acquitted of the charge of aggravated robbery Fusco Raffaele, brother-in-law of the Ras Giuseppe Sasso better known as ‘o nennil.
Fusco was accused of the crime of aggravated robbery committed with an electronic “taser” deterrent which would have yielded 10,000 euros, a crime committed in October 2020.
The evidence against the accused appeared overwhelming since from the telephone wiretaps Fusco admitted having committed two robberies and in another wiretap which took place precisely with Sasso Giuseppereported that he had found more loot than expected, indicating the number 10. And again, Fusco was responsible for recording the transits of the car he was using and also for the mobile phone data which connected cells compatible with the location of the robbery.
The Prosecutor’s Office requested that Fusco be sentenced to 6 years in prison and a fine of 3,000 euros
despite a rock-solid circumstantial framework, the magistrate of the Naples court accepted the requests of the lawyer Dario Carmine Procentese, acquitted the accused with full acquittal.
