Today, in the Prefecture of Rimini, the technical table on Vulnerabilities for the management of people with fragility who arrive in the provincial territory and who are included in the protection and reception system. This is a table called a also take care of strengthening the protection paths for migrants in fragile conditions.
During the meeting the value of the Vademecum created by the Ministry of the Interior which aimed to provide interested parties with an operational tool that can facilitate communication between the actors involved in the detection of vulnerable people.
The need for a uniform approach emerged from the technical table governance local aimed at promoting the identification and taking care of subjects with specific needs also in collaboration with the regional plan for the protection of the health of applicants for international protection in vulnerable conditions.
The model of multigovernance of reception is strengthened with the participation at the table of representatives at regional and provincial level of subjects adhering to the FAMI project 2023/2025.
The Table in question is made up of representatives of Emilia Romagna Region, the Province and the Municipalities, the Rimini Territorial Area School Office, the representatives of the AUSL, the Red Cross and the diocesan Caritas, as well as the territorial associations that deal with reception.
Today’s meeting concluded with the decision to launch specific working groups – with a first appointment scheduled for July 9th – to outline operational procedures to be implemented in relation to the different fragilities and forms of reception.
