The activity to combat illegal gaming by ADM staff leads to the seizure of 15 illegal entertainment devices, 2 money changing machines and cash, believed to be the proceeds of illegal gaming, for over 12,500 euros.

Fifteen illegal amusement machines, two money changing machines and cash for over 12,500 euros.
This is the result of an operation by officials of the Customs and Monopolies Agency of the Naples and Caserta offices in collaboration with i “Green Basques” of the Aversa ready employment company, in implementation of a memorandum of understanding to combat illegal gaming in the municipalities of Parete and Casal di Principe.
After a careful inspection of the gaming devices present in two businesses under control, the inspectors ascertained that ten videos slots were completely illegal as they were equipped with the so-called “double card” of gaming: one regularly connected to the ADM network, the other, well hidden in a specially created compartment, disconnected in order to subtract the related games from the single tax levy.
A further five gaming devices, so-called totems and bingo machines, illegally detained, two money changing machines and more were seized 12,500 euros in cash still lying inside the “slots”, believed to be the result of illegal gambling. Finally, during the operations, thousands of tobacco products (filters and cigarette papers) offered for sale without the necessary authorization were found and seized at one of the businesses controlled.
The three owners of the two businesses were fined for a total amount of approximately 250,000 euros to a reduced extent.
