Rome, 10 June. “The results of the European elections speak clearly: the Venetians have made a precise choice, once again rewarding Brothers of Italy and confirming it as the first party in the region, increasing consensus even more clearly than national data”. The Venetian coordinator of Fratelli d’Italia, Luca De Carlo, proudly comments on the outcome of the European votes.

Consent towards Fratelli d’Italia in Veneto has in fact grown by five percentage points compared to the 2022 elections, compared to +2% at national level: “An extraordinary result that confirms the consolidated trend that sees Fratelli d’Italia as the first party in Italy and Veneto. It is thus reiterated that the Venetians who vote center-right place great trust in our party, also rewarding the work of the Meloni Government which has always paid great attention to the Veneto and its socio-economic fabric”, underlines De Carlo. “A recognition that is highlighted by the over 230 thousand preferences obtained by the Prime Minister in Veneto and by the almost half a million votes in the North East constituency, to which are added the many splendid consensuses received by our candidates – elected and otherwise -, obtained thanks to the work of all the militants and the ruling class of the party”.

“We have confirmed ourselves as the leading party in Veneto, the signal given by our fellow citizens was clear and we will continue to work with the seriousness and loyalty that distinguish us. Let’s start from here to build the future of the center-right; forward without fear towards the next challenges”, concludes De Carlo.
