The Pontine province is moving towards the election of two MEPs, or rather confirms them given that they are both outgoing. This is obviously Nicola Procaccini of Fratelli d’Italia with 85,051 preferences, and Salvatore De Meo of Forza Italia with 38,184. The vote is not yet completed but given the data it is now almost a formality for the two Pontine MEPs.
Gerardo Stefanelli, candidate with United States of Europe, obtained 8,930 preferences. Giovanna Miele of the League exceeded 8,290 preferences. Also good was the statement from Federica Lauretti of the 5 Star Movement who obtained almost 5,000 votes in her first important candidacy, she is in fifth place on her list, when there are still around 2,000 sections left to be scrutinized.
